The purpose of this research study is to:
- Test the effectiveness of rimegepant compared with placebo in the acute treatment of migraine with subjects who:
- Are 18 to 65 years old
- Have at least 1 year of migraines before the age of 50
- Migraine attacks last about 4-72 hours if untreated
- Have 4-14 migraine days a month
- Have less than 15 headache days (migraine or non-migraine) per month
- Have been unsuccessful with at least 2 triptan medications (for example, triptans did not improved your migraine symptoms, or you had prior intolerance to triptans, or you could, otherwise, not use triptans due to a safety concern)
